VitalPet Closes its Series A Financing
VitalPet is pleased to announce the closing of its Series A investment offering, which provides VitalPet with the necessary capital to complete the acquisition of around 15 hospitals.
We are honored to be entrusted with investments from a group of highly talented and successful individuals that include many former and current CEOs of companies in a variety of industries. 2009 was the one of the toughest years in recent memory to raise capital, and we got it done.
